Introducing our new family leave policies

Following a full review of our family leave offering, a set of new, updated provisions have been announced containing a series of significant enhancements.
The new provisions, which will become effective from 1 May 2020, are designed to help us achieve the goal set out in our Guiding Framework of making Wates more Progressive. A goal that commits us to be a responsible, flexible and inclusive employer, and to modernising the Group, making it fit for the future.
